SHIPPING & RETURNS
I ship via Canada Post, standard mail, within 2 business days of ordering.
Normal delivery within Canada is 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please allow 1-3 days for me to process and ship your order.
International orders may take 2-3 weeks. For faster delivery, I can ship your item(s) via another method (UPS or FedEx) if you choose. If this is your preference, please contact me via email at hello@jillandjackpaper prior to ordering for estimated shipping charges.
I will package and label your shipment to a high standard using the most environmentally friendly/recycled packaging materials. Jill+Jack Paper is not responsible for shipping delays, undelivered packages, or the payment of any export charges, import duties, taxes, and fees.
All purchases being returned for exchange or store credit must be unused and in original packaging, sent back within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
Jill+Jack Paper is not liable for any return packages lost in transit.
Exchange & Credit Policy
EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY
Jill+Jack Paper will exchange or provide store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) with receipt within 14 days after in store or online purchase. Custom work including family, wedding or corporate illustrations are FINAL SALE. To qualify for exchange or store credit, the greeting card must be unused, in the same condition as when it was purchased.
If an item is damaged during transit or you have received the wrong order, please contact me immediately at hello@jillandjackpaper and I will correct the situation.
PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please contact me before you return an item so I know to expect the item in the mail.
To return your product, mail it to: Jill+Jack Paper, 5832 Grant Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada B3H 1C8
The return package must be dated within 14 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in the case of a damaged item or wrong item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
